Indie bottler Living Souls brings us a majestic old single malt from the long-lost Imperial distillery. Distilled in 1998, Imperial's final year of production, this whisky slumbered soundly in a host of bourbon barrels for the next 27 years before bottling at a mellow 42.2% ABV. Don't let the relatively low ABV deceive you, this is a rich, elegant and balanced whisky from the dwindling remaining stock of this closed distillery.

Nose: Wildflowers and citrus like a summer meadow.

Palate:  Beeswax, honey and orchard fruits with richness and delicacy.
