The Thompson Brothers—Phil and Simon—are renowned Scottish whisky experts, independent bottlers, and distillers. They rose to fame running the world-famous whisky bar at their family's Dornoch Castle Hotel in the Scottish Highlands, later launching their own highly respected independent label as well as the Dornoch Distillery.
