It's not a bruiser of a Mortlach but still chunky and delicious." Their tasting notes are: 

Nose: Indulgently old fashioned, vanilla fudge melds seamlessly with the tangy rancio of quality oloroso. Water brings out plain chocolate and dried apricot.

Palate: Butterscotch, dark honey, cinnamon & nutmeg with warming, lively orange oil. Water imparts an unctuous texture and brings out notes of camphor and curacao orange.

Finish: Lingering spice and candied peel.
