Nose: opens with bonfire smoke, medicinal peat and treacle, lifted by warm baked bread.

Palate: iodine, lemon curd and well-fired crust, balanced by ashy smoke and a faint herbal note.

Finish: Full yet almost dry, it carries a long, smouldering finish that captures Laphroaig's uncompromising coastal character.
